Tips Meningkatkan Berat Badan Hanya dengan Mengkonsumsi Susu


Susu adalah minuman yang banyak disukai. Saat ini ada banyak produk susu dengan berbagai manfaat, entah itu susu untuk yang sedang diet, susu khusus untuk tulang, untuk pembentukan otot dan yang tidak kalah populer adalah susu penambah berat badan. Pada dasarnya, susu sendiri merupakan minuman yang cocok untuk meningkatkan berat badan. Mereka yang memiliki badan yang kurus. Namun, ternyata tidak semua jenis susu cocok untuk mereka yang ingin  menaikan berat badannya agar lebih ideal.

Untuk bisa mendapatkan berat badan ideal, Anda harus berusaha sedikit lebih keras. Termasuk memilih jenis susu untuk menambah berat badan yang mungkin tidak sesuai dengan lidah Anda. Anda harus sedikit memaksa untuk mengonsumsinya setiap hari. Meskipun terdengar mengerikan, Anda harus terus berusaha mengonsumsinya agar berat badan Anda menjadi ideal.

Umumnya, produk susu untuk menambah berat badan, biasanya tersedia dalam beberapa varian, yaitu bubuk dan juga cair. Produk yang biasanya sering dikonsumsi adalah susu bubuk. Anda harus mengetahui mana jenis susu bubuk yang baik untuk mendapatkan tubuh ideal, dan mana yang tidak. Umumnya, jenis susu yang berkualitas buruk cenderung memiliki tekstur yang susah larut dengan air. Selain itu, biasanya susu tersebut berbusa pada saat diaduk atau dikocok.

Susu untuk menambah berat badan yang ideal harus mudah dicerna oleh tubuh kita. Dengan demikian, tubuh kita bisa langsung menyerap manfaat-manfaat yang terkandung di dalam susu tersebut. Jika susu yang Anda konsumsi malah membuat Anda diare, sebaiknya hentikan mengonsumsinya.

Pilihlah produk susu yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan kalori Anda sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, tetap perhatikan label informasi gizi yang tertera pada kemasan. Karena, beberapa produk susu hanya menambahkan lemak dan gula dalam jumlah banyak saja, jangan lupakan kandungan protein yang juga tidak kalah penting untuk tubuh Anda.

Nah itulah cara-cara untuk memilih produk susu untuk menambah berat badan Anda. Tidak semua jenis produk susu untuk menambah berat badan berkualitas baik. Jangan pernah mudah tergiur dengan merk ternama, atau harga murah, perhatikanlah kandungannya.
