Althea A'bloom Collection - Review

Hi! So happy to finally review K-beauty again! This time it's from Althea. I've been talking about Althea many times and still, it's my favorite beauty destination for shopping. They offer good price, many choices and offer free shipping, all in one deal right.

A month ago I received a beauty box with a bunch of Althea goodies, yes they make their own cosmetic and skincare now with affordable price and such a great quality. It's such a joy to finally try some of them. Here we go!

Althea A'bloom Giant Meringue Puff Review

The closer you look at this baby, the cuter it looks. It's a beauty blender that gives you a perfect makeup with flawless finish. They come in 2 sizes, Giant for the face and baby for concealer purpose.

It becomes bigger up to 1,5x its original size so it's so easy to use especially for foundation. It has super soft texture and very squishy. It can be used in both dry and wet form but I prefer the wet one since it gives more glowing complexion.

I've been using it many times and it becomes my favorite now, it makes my foundation more even and gives more coverage while prevent cracking on my face line. Since I have normal dry skin, this Giant Meringue Puff helps my skin well. If you have same skin type like me, use it wet, but if you want to have matte finish you can try to use it dry.

Althea A'bloom Baby Meringue Puff Review

Same with the giant one but this cuties is irresistible! I want to eat it 😍 OMG it's so cute. One pack contains 3pcs of Baby Meringue Puff which is a saver! Use one only and keep the others for stock, it will last for a very long time til you need a new one.

I use this everyday if I go outside since I always use under eye concealer only but not with foundation (my to go look if I'm in a hurry). This puff helps me so much to make my concealer stay flawlessly without fine lines, plus no more dirty finger. I love to use the bottom side for the under eye to cheek area and the pointy side for the area near waterline. 

For the price and the quality, this is such a good deal! I may say I HAVE TO RESTOCK when I ran out of this baby. Super cute and smooth plus affordable, how can I say no!

Althea A'bloom BHA Blackhead Blaster Review

This is a new product for me as I've never tried anything like this before. The shape reminds me of brightening eye product that I had long time ago but this one is an exfoliating stick.

BHA Blackhead Blaster makes blackhead out without the ouch. It's a gentle and non-irritating formula treats and prevents new ones from forming. The key ingredient is Natural BHA (White Willow Bark Extract 5,000ppm).

This blackhead stick has black plastic packaging, very easy to use only by turning the body like lipstick and swipe it on targeted area like nose and chin. It can also be used for the whole face as exfoliating pack but I haven't tried it. 

When swiped, it looks like a thin black paste. It has nice tea tree scent, nice and calming. If you look closely there are spots which is apricot seed to help the exfoliating process.

After using it on nose and chin, I can feel that my skin is cleaner (almost like squeaky clean), it becomes softer and less oily. I don't have many blackheads so I can't say much about the blackhead removal but I have whiteheads and this BHA Blackhead Blaster softens the whiteheads area on chin and make it easier to clean.

This super practical thing can be carry anywhere and very helpful for exfoliating. It's a must bring for traveling especially in summer where our skin gets much more oily than usual.

Althea A'bloom Mask Review

Who can resist the super cute packaging and the cheap price?! I always stock up masks for daily use (if I'm diligent enough to use them everyday), but hell yeah I'm a mask collector and I'm so in when I see these A'bloom mask.

Anti Blemish Peach Mask

I love this peach scent the most compared to others, it has nice calming peach scent, not the sweet one. Anyway, after using it I feel my skin is moist and not as sticky as other mask. However, I don't know the effect on blemish or acne since I use it without having one, but I've heard from other friends that have blemish and they love this mask.

Brightening Lemon Lime Mask

I tried this mask at night and after using it I love my skin, it gets brighten a bit and very moisturizing. It has nice citrus scent but not overwhelming. The sheet size is much bigger than my face so I have to fold it to fit my face. However it gives sticky finish even after 2 hours so I prefer to rinse a bit with water and tap tap to dry, no more sticky feeling but still feels moisturizing on my skin. 

Moisturizing Watermelon Mask

I love the scent of this watermelon mask! It's very refreshing and calming. It makes my skin very moisturized but a bit too sticky, prefer to tap tap with water too after using it.

Nourishing Avocado Mask

This is moisturizing too. A perfect choice for dry skin. But if I have to choose, I prefer the watermelon one since the scent is more lovely.
