Welcome August! Time flies so fast.. A few weeks ago I was invited to Utama Spice workshop event. We were going to make our own tea, lip balm, body scrub, mist, soap and bath salt. Sounds really fun!
The shop was located at Sanur area, Jl Danau Poso. I've been there before so it's easy for me to find the place. It was really really hot that day. I arrived early and met other blogger friends not long after that.

Lovely table setting for tea time! I really love it, so cute and colorful. Bath salt, essential oil and some of the products we would use for the workshop were also on the tabble setting. They also gave personal touch with the menu and my name on it. So lovely!
Sandwich! Hahaha,,, Spotted the food first. Yummy sandwich were waiting for us. Can you see the back side? It's the powder to make mask and scrub. Will give you closer look.

Mouth watering desserts for tea time. Oh my! They're delicious and so cute. Strawberry shortcake, Lemon meringue, Pavlova with fruits, Quiche, Coconut macaroon, Brownies... All of them were so yummy. My favorite one was coconut macaroon. We enjoyed it with lemongrass tea, specially homemade by Utama Spice.
We enjoyed the tea time while listening to Ria's explanation about tea making, the function of each dried herbs, So fun and so much knowledge I got from it.

| Tea |
Tara.. my herbal tea was done. I used cinnamon (antioxidant, warming), cardamom (warming), lemongrass (antioxidant, helping digestion, increasing appetite), and centella/gotu kola (helping blood circulation, increasing memory, antioxidant).

| Lip Balm |
Lip balm station! You can choose the base and add essential oil. You can check previous post about this in more detail here.

| Face / Body Scrub and Mask |
Powder station. Everything was made by Utama Spice from nature so it's real and original powder form from the herbs, that's why it can be used for everything. Not only mask, scrub but also cooking!
The difference between mask and scrub is the scrub one has exfoliate ingredient that comes from the rice powder (white or red).
Everyone was busy doing their thing!

| Bath Salt |
Bath salt! I was so excited with this one because I didn't meet many bath salt products and they're lovely. The white one was original, the others were colored using natural color from flowers and herbs. I added some tea tree oil and mint oil too to relax and casts away unpleasant smell. I have used it for foot bath and it was super relaxing, so fun. I'm in love now!

| Body Soap |
In love for the first time with the dispenser. It's so pretty... The soap was really mild, doesn't contain paraben, sls and any harmful ingredient so it can be used for face also. We just added essential oil and it's so fragrant. I really love using bergamot, mint, and lemongrass.
