Hi! Back to one of my favorite natural skincare brand, Utama Spice. If you've read my post about DIY Workshop with Utama Spice last January, these were the goodies that I brought home with me.
The newest acne series from Utama Spice. I'm super excited to try them all, I already took photos with the Castor oil but I won't review the castor oil here. This post is dedicated to the acne series only 😆. There are 3 products from the acne series:

Acne Day Serum
Acne Night Serum
The bottle is made from glass with dropper like other serum from Utama Spice. It's a semi transparent bottle so we can see how much the product left. Watch out, don't drop it..
Acne Day Serum
~ Color, Texture & Scent
It's a white transparent liquid and the texture is very watery as a serum, I may say this is the most watery serum I've ever tried, I think it's more like an essence type than a serum.
As for the scent, it has a strong herbal scent with a slight floral scent but for me it's pleasant, I like it better than the night serum. For some people the scent is unique and maybe need some time to get used to it.
~ Review
I really love the texture. It's super lightweight and perfect for day time especially hot and humid days like Bali, for oily skin this one is a savior. It's absorbed in no time and leaving the skin soft, not sticky and a bit moisturized but still fresh. Since I rarely have acne, I don't really know the effect for acne but it's still really good even if you have normal to oily skin. After using this, sometimes I layer it up with gel moisturizer so my skin will be more well moisturized.
Acne Night Serum
~ Color, Texture & Scent
The night serum is more like a face oil with slightly lighter consistency. It's yellow and oily with strong herbal scent but I can smell some natural fragrance here, hard to explain. I don't really like it at first but after a few times using it, I kinda like it.
~ Review
This face oil serum contains natural ingredients with so many types of oil and I love the effect. It's very moisturizing but still great even for oily skin. It's not greasy or too oily on skin. I can feel that my skin is plumped and well moisturized after I get up in the morning. Don't use too much, 2 drops is enough and make sure it's well absorbed. I love to rub my hands until they're warm and pressing them on my face so the serum will be absorbed better.
Acne Treatment Oil
This is an acne treatment for those stubborn spots. Made with pure essential oils that are know to help heal the skin from the outside in. Easy to use with a roller applicator.
It's a small glass bottle with roller applicator, so practical and efficient. I love the packaging since it's hygienic to use rather than using finger to apply on the infected area. Plus, the metal roller gives cooling effect to the acne. Love it.
~ Color, Texture & Scent
It's a very light oil with yellowish color. The consistency is way lighter than the Acne Night Serum. It smells so herbal somehow, you'll know that it has many good ingredients from the nature as soon as you smell it. I don't have a problem with it anyway. As it's a light oil, it's easily absorbed into the skin especially the acne/infected area.
~ Review
I really love this oil because it works well on me! For a big bump, it needs 2-3 days to calm it down but for new acne it works really well, sometimes even I can feel the change just the next day after using it. I had acne on my body once, it's so big and hurts quiet bad but this one saved me, it got better day by day until it's healed. However it doesn't always give the same effect on the acne, but still I APPROVE and love this product! It looks small but it lasts for a long time since we only need a very small amount for it.
