Review: MUA The Artiste Collection - Multi Use Palette

A while ago, MUA had a sale, and this is what I got.
50% disc for this cute palette.
I saw this palette on Rini's blog and I wanted it since it's having a great deal.
Price was £6, after discount £3.
After shipping to Indonesia, I got from an online shop around more than IDR 100k.

Description

This is a beautiful artiste collection palette on the go which helps create a full face all in one, with 6 brand NEW merged eye shadows, two powder blushers and a contour shade and highlighter.

Shades include shimmery merged tones for fashion-forward statement smoky eyes with light and earthy naturals for an everyday look which can easily be transformed into an evening smoky eye look. The two blushes include warm pink shades for a soft shimmer finish. Finally the contour and highlighter helps create a flawless sculpted natural glow.

These rich, high-pigmented colours help achieve a stunning look this summer.

Packaging

The palette is very plastic and light, but it's worth the price.
Black case with transparent part to see what's the color inside.

The seal is sticker seal, I already cut it off.
MUA doesn't do much job to protect the packaging, that's why sometimes if the packing when shipping isn't good enough, there will be some damage happened to the palette.

Cute color isn't it... I love the spotted color, it's unique!

The name of each eye shadow is on the back.
There's an explanation too for what's inside and a simple tutorial for eye make up.
Complete ingredients list and where it was made, it's made in China, that's why it's cheap.

What's inside?

Unfortunately there's no mirror, which is stressing sometimes when we bring this palette on the go.
The brush included is a double sided sponge brush which I don't really like, I prefer my own brush.
Sponge brush for me is too harsh for eye make up.

This is the name of each color.. The name isn't as exotic as high end brand, but it's really nice that they name each of their eye shadow.

Swatch

Left side
Top: (E/S) Pistachio, Mocca, Ice
Bottom: (Blush) Pink Sparkle, Primrose

Top (L-R):
(E/S) Pistachio
It's a white color with a touch of blue, cool white. The texture is kinda powdery and chalky.

(E/S) Mocca
It's should be yellowish white with brown touch but it looks more white and chalky.

(E/S) Ice
This blue tone is cute, I like it, the color is shown in 1 or 2 swipes. Good pigmentation.

Bottom (L-R):
(Blush) Pink Sparkle
It is pink with a little bit peach tone with shimmer in it. Nice pink blush.

(Blush) Primrose
It's kinda similar with pink sparkle but with no shimmer and more pink.

Right side
Top: (E/S) Grape, Chocolate, Cookie
Bottom: (Blush) Bronzed, Shimmer Kiss

Top (L-R):
(E/S) Grape
The purple is pretty, very nice for night make up and the color is pigmented.

(E/S) Chocolate
Shimmering brown color, I've combined it with the purple and turned out pretty. It is pigmented, too.

(E/S) Cookie
This is also brown color but more orange and not really shimmery like chocolate.

Bottom (L-R):
(Bronzer) Bronzed
I like the bronzer because it is a matte bronzer, I already own shimmer bronzer, so this one is good.
The pigmentation is quiet good.

(Highlighter) Shimmer Kiss
It's a highlighter with soft pink tone. Nice for highlighting nose and under eye area.

The Look...

I use Pistachio as base, Ice for the crease and Grape for the bottom lid.
Sorry the pic isn't really good.

I use the pink sparkle for the blusher, and just a small amount of bronzed and shimmer kiss.
Ready to go!
Actually the picture taken when I came back home and didn't do retouch so the color for blush n bronzer didn't really show up.

Pros
+ Cheap but good quality
+ Good pigmentation
+ Multifunction for full face makeup
+ Unique with merged eye shadows

Cons
- Some colors are chalky
- The 2 blush are similar
- Sponge brush doesn't really good
- No mirror

Overall
This is worth the price and I love it so far. For cheap palette, it does a lot.
The color is buildable, can be used for natural and bold make up.

Have you tried the MUA palette?

Review: IOPE Air Cushion Sunblock EX No.22 Ice Shimmer Beige

IOPE is a brand from Amore Pacific. The medium high collection similar with Laneige and Mamonde. The skin care range is more for older people, while Laneige and Mamonde are for younger people. This is my first IOPE. It is really best selling, sold 1 every 30 seconds in the world. I also heard that it is featured in many magazines, got award, etc... I am curious with this air cushion thing. and it is really good to know there is a compact sunblock with high SPF (it's 50!!). Since it is superrrr hot here in Bali, where I live, I don't like wearing cream sunblock. *Sorry for blurry picture* The box is thick because it contains the compact sunblock + FREE REFILL... Love it the free one. You also get the small booklet for product description inside. Description It is 4 in 1 function: brightening, UV protection, make up, cooling. The cooling effect is new to me, I never have cooling effect product before. Really all in ...

Review: Eveline Glicerini Hand and Nail Cream Bio Olive + Karite Butter

Back then, my mom bought me this hand cream at Sasa Hongkong. At first, I was sceptical about this because I've never heard about it before,  Eveline is a pretty name for a girl but never heard about them on cosmetics or so. It's a brand from Poland that has been sold worldwide. I love Sasa because they sell a lot of products, so many brands that I don't know and they are affordable. I hope Sasa will open in Indonesia, someday *dreaming*. After searching and browsing, I'm surprised that they have so many products for make up and care (face, ,body, hair). Such a lot of products. And I've found this on their web, the description of the hand cream and what's in it. GLYCERINE CONCENTRATED HAND AND NAIL CREAM DEEPLY NOURISHING + REGENERATING BIO OLIVE + KARITE BUTTER strengthens nails  48h perfectly absorbing formula NATURAL ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Glycerine hand cream ensures deep nourishment and intense regeneration. Makes even very damaged and dehydrate...

Review Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum

Salah satu must have product di Sulwhasoo adalah First Care Activating Serum yang katanya 1 botol terjual tiap 10 detik.
