You scream, Ice cream!
Who doesn't like ice cream? Everyone loves it...
Two weeks ago I got invitation from Paletas Guey/Wey (they just changed the name) in Kerobokan, Bali to do ice cream test.
Of course I'm excited! In Summer time like this, who can resist!

PS Everyday is summer here, so ice cream is a must thing everyday.
*Just kidding* I don't eat them everyday.
Exterior
As they're located on the small street near the main road, it's easy to find but hard to park there. The good thing is you can park at the Sunset Point Mall opposite the Paletas Guey for free (just tell them you are a customer of Paletas Guey).
Interior
This is the cashier and ice cream area. You can choose the ice cream you want here and pay right away, just like fast food.
Maybe you're wondering why it's so big and a bit empty. They're just opened and still setting up the place and decoration. They're planning to expand the products with drinks too and of course some cozy places to sit. I love how colorful it is, I hope it'll be more and more colorful than this because Mexico is super colorful!
Which one you wanna choose?
Sooo many flavors. I wanna to try them all!!! But I got a chance to try some of them. Basically they have 4 categories:
- Fruity: contains fresh fruit only. No more, no less. Of course with sugar but they's just taste so fresh and juicy.
- Creamy: they're also from fruit but the creamy one like banana and avocado. Corn! I wanna try it but unfortunately it's sold out.
- Premium: this is kinda mix and more classy ice cream, unique flavor and premium fruits.
- Gold: the most expensive category that has awesome flavor combination.

How colorful they are and the color is true, no colouring added, no preservatives and low sugar. They're healthy! Yummy... How can I choose just one?

| Fruity Paletas (Mango-Premium, Watermelon with lime, Kiwi) |
I love the color of fruity paletas. Sooo... beautiful... Left is the mango, it's sweet and full with mango chunks. Just like having good mango juice. Watermelon with lime is soooo fresh, the sweetness and light taste of watermelon combined together with the sour lime, hmm yummy. Kiwi is also juicy, light sweet and full with kiwi seeds, I love how they put the kiwi slice on the ice.

| Premium Paletas (Strawberry with condensed milk, Dulce de Leche/Caramel) |
Strawberry with condense milk is a must try. I loveeee it! The sourness of strawberry is perfect with the melting condense milk that comes out from the ice cream. Dulce de leche or caramel is so perfect, so rich and melting in mouth but not too sweet, plus it has caramel in the inside makes it richer in taste. I really love them both because they're unique and delicious.

| Gold Paletas (Coconut with Oreo) |
This is the best paleta I had. Not just an ordinary coconut ice cream, but this one is truly full with coconut, I love coconut chuncks and this one has it in every bite and it's so full as you can see from the texture. Combined with oreo makes it perfect and so yummy. It's the sweetest paleta they have in their store but it's because of the oreo, they don't put much sugar anymore. I want more!
